By visiting WildHaven Zoo or purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, including those attending events or tours.

2. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time specified. Refunds are available only if a cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the visit. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Visitor Conduct

Visitors must follow all zoo rules to ensure the safety of animals, staff, and other guests, including:

No feeding animals unless part of an official zoo program.
No touching or harassing animals.
Respect all barriers and restricted areas.
No smoking, alcohol, or disruptive behavior.

4. Safety and Liability

WildHaven Zoo is not liable for injuries or damages caused by failure to follow safety guidelines. Visitors are responsible for supervising children in their party at all times.

5. Photography and Media

Photography for personal use is permitted, but commercial photography or videography requires prior approval. WildHaven Zoo may use photos or videos taken on premises for promotional purposes.

6. Changes to Services

WildHaven Zoo reserves the right to modify schedules, exhibits, or services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or animal welfare needs, without prior notice.
